Terms & Conditions Last Updated: September 2026 By creating an account or using OrbitGSM, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1. Platform Purpose OrbitGSM provides access to supported GSM, IMEI, server, tool activation and related digital services. Availability, processing time and service results may depend on third-party providers. 2. Account Registration Users must provide accurate registration information and maintain control of their account credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless unauthorized access is reported promptly. 3. Account Security Users are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication. You must not share passwords, authenticator secrets or other security credentials with unauthorized persons. 4. Orders Before submitting an order, users must review the selected service, price, device information and required fields carefully. Orders may be sent automatically to a third-party provider after submission. Once an order has entered provider processing, cancellation may not be possible. 5. IMEI and Submitted Information Users are responsible for submitting correct IMEI numbers, serial numbers, usernames, device details and other required information. OrbitGSM is not responsible for delays, rejection or loss caused by incorrect information supplied by the user. 6. Service Processing Times Any delivery or processing time shown on the platform is an estimate unless explicitly stated otherwise. Provider maintenance, server delays, weekends, holidays, device status and other external factors may affect processing. 7. Wallet and Payments Users may add funds through payment methods made available by OrbitGSM. Users must submit genuine payment information and transaction references. Fraudulent deposits, forged payment proof, chargeback abuse or misuse may result in account suspension or termination. 8. Pricing and Currency Service prices may change based on provider pricing, exchange rates, user role and OrbitGSM pricing settings. The display currency selected by a user is intended to improve price viewing. Final transaction records are stored according to the platform's accounting and order records. 9. Reseller Accounts Resellers are responsible for their own customers, pricing and communications. OrbitGSM does not automatically become responsible for agreements made independently between a reseller and the reseller's customer. 10. Third-Party Providers OrbitGSM may use external GSM service providers to fulfil orders. Provider availability, service status and processing decisions can affect an order. 11. Prohibited Use Users must not use OrbitGSM for fraud, unauthorized access, illegal activity, abuse of third-party systems, account compromise or any activity prohibited by applicable law. 12. Suspension or Termination OrbitGSM may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security threats, repeated disputes or serious violations of these Terms. 13. Service Availability OrbitGSM may perform maintenance, update providers, disable services or temporarily restrict parts of the platform when operationally necessary. 14. Limitation of Responsibility OrbitGSM will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate service information and reliable platform access. However, third-party provider failures, internet outages, incorrect customer information, unsupported devices and circumstances outside OrbitGSM's reasonable control may affect service results. 15. Changes to These Terms OrbitGSM may update these Terms & Conditions when services, providers, security requirements or business practices change. 16.
